The General Terms and Conditions regulate the distance selling relationship between Losnoa SL and the user or client, in accordance with the legal stipulations, in particular, Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Terms and Conditions of Contract, to Law 26/1984, of July 19, General for the Defense of Consumers and Users, to Royal Decree 1906/1999, of December 17, 1999, regulating the Telephone or Electronic Contracting with general conditions, Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, of Protection of Personal Data, Law 7/1996, of January 15, Retail Trade Regulation, and Law 34/2002 of July 11, of Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
Losnoa SL reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate, without prior notice, to the General Conditions. These modifications may be made, through its websites, by any means admissible by law and will be binding during the time they are published on the website and until they are validly modified by subsequent ones. However, Losnoa SL reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, certain Specific Contract Conditions with preference to the present ones General Conditions when it deems appropriate, announcing them in a timely and appropriate manner.
The purpose of the website is to advertise and offer Losnoa SL products. You can also subscribe to the newsletter to receive offers for the aforementioned products or general information about the IT sector that may be of interest to you.
As a user or client, you expressly declare that you know, understand and accept the conditions of use and these general terms and conditions of contract. Likewise, you declare that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity and ability to act necessary to access the Losnoa SL websites and to contract through them.
It is essential that you register as a user of the website in order to make online purchases. You can access the “User Registration” section to do so. By doing so, you will be able to create and modify your profile, view your order history, etc. You will also be able to modify your password, as well as other customer data.
In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of Personal Data Protection, Losnoa SL informs users that the personal data collected during the registration process and subsequent purchase will be entered into a file under its responsibility, for the purpose of processing such actions by the user and managing subsequent actions derived from them. Likewise, Losnoa SL informs of the possibility of exercising the rights of access, cancellation, rectification and opposition by writing to the address Plaza del Sol 3-4 1º 2a (08950) Barcelona Spain .
Unless you tell us otherwise, we will assume that your data has not been modified, that you agree to notify us of any changes and that we have your consent to use them in order to strengthen the relationship between the parties.
During the purchasing process you must identify yourself with the username and password provided. These details will not be made public. You are responsible for treating the identity and password obtained during customer registration confidentially and responsibly, and may not transfer them to another party.
All content on the website is in Spanish.
The customer, upon receiving the order at home, will receive an invoice or copy of the order.
Product offering and validity
In the case of a product on offer, the offer price and validity period will always be indicated along with its essential characteristics.
In compliance with current regulations, Losnoa SL offers information on all items for sale, their characteristics and prices. However, Losnoa SL reserves the right to withdraw, replace or change the products offered through its website, by simply changing the content of the same. In this way, the products offered at any time on the website will be governed by the General Terms and Conditions in force in each case. Likewise, the company will have the right to stop offering, without prior notice and at any time, access to the aforementioned products.
Essential characteristics of the products
The descriptions of the products displayed on the Website are made based on the information provided by Losnoa SL suppliers. The photographs or videos relating to the products and the trade names, brands or distinctive signs of any kind contained on the Losnoa SL website are of the actual objects/products offered for sale in order to provide the most truthful and accurate information about the product and its characteristics; however, the user must bear in mind that they are not exhaustive.
All products sold have been manufactured under strict quality controls by the manufacturer and comply with all European Union standards.
Prices
All products are priced in Euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT). If any other tax is applicable, this will be indicated.
Product delivery
We undertake to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the Customer on the order form. In order to optimise delivery, we would be grateful if the Customer indicated an address where the order can be delivered during normal business hours.
We will not be liable for errors caused in delivery when the delivery address entered by the Customer in the order form does not correspond to reality or has been omitted.
The purchased products will be delivered to the person/company and at the indicated address, within the indicated period.

Acceptance and payment of the order expressly implies the chosen shipping method and the cost of said expenses.
Orders will not be delivered to PO boxes.
In any case, we will contact you according to the information provided for any incident or query.
Delivery time
The maximum delivery time for national shipments is 48 working hours, counting from the date the order leaves the company. Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. will be processed the following day.
These delivery times are averages and therefore an estimate. They may therefore vary for logistical reasons or due to force majeure. In the event of delivery delays, customers will be informed as soon as we are aware of them.
Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment in which the transport company makes the product available to the Customer, which is materialized through the control system used by the transport company.
Payment methods
The Customer agrees to pay at the time of placing the order. When the payment option is by Credit Card or PAYPAL, the Customer may make the payment using the aforementioned payment gateway or directly with his/her credit or debit card. The initial price shown on the website for each of the products offered will be added to the rates corresponding to the relevant shipping costs. In any case, these rates will be communicated to the Customer in advance before formalizing the purchase.
The Customer must pay the amount corresponding to his order by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Electron and/or other similar cards) or through the Servired or PayPal system (with a 3.5% surcharge), in addition to bank transfer.
The Client must notify us of any improper or fraudulent charges on the card used for purchases, by email to info@noa-ecco.com, as soon as possible so that the appropriate actions can be taken.
Security
We have the highest security measures commercially available in the sector. In addition, the payment process operates on a secure server using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. The secure server establishes a connection so that the information is transmitted encrypted using 128-bit algorithms, which ensure that it is only intelligible to the Client's computer and the Website's computer.
Once the data has been entered, the bank will validate your credit card and proceed to charge the order. At this point, the order will be effective and will begin to be processed and shipped.
Right of withdrawal and claims
The buyer will have a period of 7 working days to withdraw from the purchase, starting from the day of receipt of the product, without any penalty and without stating the reasons. Likewise, the Customer must check the good condition of the package with the carrier when the requested product is delivered, indicating on the delivery note any anomaly that may be detected in the packaging. If, subsequently, after inspecting the product, the Customer detects any incident such as a knock, breakage, signs of having been opened or any damage caused to it by shipping, the Customer undertakes to report it as soon as possible and within a maximum of 7 working days from delivery.
To exercise the right to withdraw from your purchase, return all the contents of your purchase in perfect condition and in its original packaging (including cellophane, if applicable), sending it to the return address and in perfect condition for subsequent sale. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer, with Losnoa SL only refunding the cost of the returned product.
To exercise the right to such withdrawal, the client must communicate it in writing to the following email address: info@noa-ecco.com
In the event that the order is incorrect or defective, the customer must report the incident within a maximum period of 7 calendar days, counting from receipt of the order, to the following email address: info@noa-ecco.com
The return period for said erroneous or defective order will be a maximum of 2 calendar days from receipt of the order. Once the merchandise arrives at our establishment and the relevant checks have been carried out, Losnoa SL will proceed to exchange the product, with Losnoa SL being responsible for the reception and shipping costs, as it is considered to be a cause beyond the customer's control.
In the event that the same product is not in stock, the amount paid (shipping costs included) will be refunded in the same way in which the customer paid for the order.
Jurisdiction
Losnoa SL also reserves the right to file any civil or criminal actions it deems appropriate for the improper use of its website and content or for failure to comply with these conditions.
The relationship between the user and the provider will be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in Spanish territory. If any dispute arises, the parties may submit their conflicts to arbitration or resort to ordinary jurisdiction in compliance with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard.
