What is the online purchasing process?

To make a purchase in our online store, you must select the products you are interested in and add them to the shopping cart using the "add to cart" button. When you place the cursor over the shopping cart, the products you have selected so far and their price are displayed. You can complete the purchase by clicking the "process order" button or continue shopping. Once you have selected all the products you are looking for, click the "process order" button and the purchase process for the products you have selected so far in the cart will begin.

How do I make payment?

You can make the payment in 3 different ways:

Bank Card, if you wish to pay with a bank card you must have the following information on hand: card number, name of the cardholder, expiration date and CVV (security code that appears on the back of the card)

Paypal, if you already have a Paypal account when you finish your order you will be redirected to their page to complete the payment.

Bank Transfer, if you prefer to pay by this method, please note that your order will be processed as soon as the bank notifies us of the payment receipt.

How do I redeem my discount coupons or gift vouchers?

When you complete the purchase process, when you proceed to confirm and pay for it, the option to include the discount coupon code will appear. Once you have indicated it, the discount will be automatically applied to the total of your purchase.

To which countries do we ship orders?

We ship orders throughout the national territory, as well as to all countries of the European Union. You can see prices and conditions in the "Shipping Rates and Conditions" section. However, if you live in another country that is not included in this table, please contact us at info@noa-ecco.com and we will inform you.

When will I receive my order?

Orders will leave our warehouse within 24 hours of payment confirmation. For deliveries to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, the delivery time is 48 hours and for countries in the European Union it may be 5 to 7 business days, depending on the destination country. Prices by country and delivery times are indicated in the "Shipping Rates and Conditions" section.

For reasons beyond our control, orders may be delayed due to force majeure such as inclement weather, strikes, or technical problems in transit.

I want to modify my order... What do I do?

Please note that in our effort to provide you with a fast service, once the order and payment have been confirmed, we will proceed to prepare the shipment immediately. Once the order leaves our warehouses, it is impossible to modify or cancel it. If you want to make any changes to the order, please contact us by sending an email to info@noa-ecco.com and if the order has not yet left the warehouse, we will do everything possible to make the change.

How will I know the status of my order?

Once you place your order, we will keep you informed as follows:

* Once you complete the purchase process, you will receive an email indicating that the order has been received and the number we have assigned to it.

* When we receive notification of payment, whether by bank card, Paypal or bank transfer, you will receive a "payment confirmation" communication and we will then proceed to prepare the merchandise.

* Once the goods have been prepared in our warehouses and we have contacted the carrier, we will send you a communication with the order details, the tracking number and the estimated delivery time. You can go to the Transport Agency's website and with the tracking number that we provide you, you will be able to know the status of the shipment at all times.

How is my order delivered?

The transport agency will deliver your order to the shipping address you indicated during the purchase process. Once the order has left our facilities, this address cannot be changed.

The carrier will deliver the order during business hours. If they cannot find your address or have any kind of problem, they will contact you by calling the phone number you registered when completing the order.

If another person collects the order on your behalf, they must sign the delivery note indicating their personal details such as ID, name and surname.

If there is no one at your home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice with a contact telephone number that you must call to arrange a new delivery on the day and time agreed upon. If the carrier does not find anyone at your home on the second delivery, you will have to go in person to the transport agency office closest to your home to collect the order.

I have not received my order correctly... What do I do?

If upon receiving your order you notice that the packaging is damaged, please inform the carrier and do not accept the shipment. Then contact us and we will quickly find a solution.

If when you open the package you notice that the products we have sent you are not the ones you ordered or that you are missing products, contact us within a maximum period of 7 calendar days by writing an email to info@noa-ecco.com and we will give you a prompt solution.

If when you open the package you notice that the products are not in good condition, you have a maximum of 7 calendar days from receipt of the package to notify us and you must tell us the following:

- Your order number

- List of damaged products and a brief explanation

- Photographs of the damaged products

Please note that we will not accept any incidents that do not meet the indicated requirements. As soon as you notify us of your incident, we will give you instructions on the steps to follow to make the return.

What if I search for a product that I don't see on the page?

If you are looking for a product that you cannot find on our website, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@noa-ecco.com and we will do our best to locate it and send it to you.
